Pure Bromont is a real estate development project of 18.5 million s.f. , or 1.6 million square metres, strategically located along Highway 10 in Bromont (Exit 78).
In the approximately 18.5 million s.f. , the Pure Bromont team decided to conserve some 7 million s.f. for the conservation of the region’s flora and fauna. The remaining 10.5 million s.f. will be developed in multiple distinct phases.

Pure Bromont will come to life in 2020

Pure Bromont will be developped in 4 distinct phases:

PHASE 1 of the project will count a thermoludic station, condo-hotels, a hotel, an event center, commercial spaces and boutiques. There will also be a section for highway services, between the 2 roundabouts on the site. 

PHASE 2 will be designed primarily for multi-residential buildings, including condos, apartements and retirement homes.

PHASE 3 of the project will be commercially oriented and will regroup various businesses of regional scope.
PHASE 4 will be the second residential phase of the project. With the construction of townhouses and high-end family homes, phase 4 will be the most important residential phase of Pure Bromont.


A dynamic, ecological and human environement

Pure Bromont is destined to be a “must-see””lifestyle” destination in the Eastern Townships, for both local residents and for visitors from major urban centers or other regions or areas and foreign tourists.
This multifonctional project is inspired by the “New urbanism” style, this architectural and urbanism trend that is increasingly in demand. This is a revamped traditional model that stands out for real estate developments of medium to high density. It aims to create mixed-use communities, urban “Street Life” entertainement and many attractions offered to the population within a radius near the residence
